Member Rules
MEMBER RULES
Soft spikes only.
No golf carts within Thirty yards of green except on cart path.
Only golfers can use the carts when on the course playing golf. Golf cart use is strictly forbidden for non-golfers.
Use cart paths as often as possible and avoid low lying areas where drainage is poor.
Tee times can be made up to two weeks in advance.
After 3pm. Walk-Ins are permitted. (Non-holidays)
Players who do not arrive fifteen minutes before their scheduled tee time must reschedule and can only play if a new tee time is available.
No personal coolers are allowed. No glass bottles of any kind are allowed on the course at any time. (Coolers and refreshments are available at club house).
All alcoholic beverages consumed on the course must be purchased from the Hanah Resort. This rule is required by New York State Liquor License Laws-failure to obey will result in the immediate loss of your membership.
All members and guests must check in the Golf Shop before beginning play.
Failure to check in and register at the front desk may cause cancellation of play.
No parking by the golf course, driving range, or grill house while playing. No exception. If you park in any of those areas more than 30 minutes, vehicle will be towed away at vehicle owners’ expense.
LIABILITY AND DAMAGE
Clients will be held responsible for any loss or damage to building, equipment, decorations or fixtures belonging to the hotel during the guests stay or function at Hanah. The client will be responsible for the activities of guest and or his guests or an independent contractor hired by the client. The client agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the independent contractor hired by the client. Any property damage will be billed to the clients at the replacement cost.
Repeated violations of club rules and policies will result in forfeiture of membership without refund.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Reservations are always required. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis by pre-registering with the appropriate personnel of the Club.
GUEST PRIVILEGES
Guests of members may be extended guest privileges subject to payment of applicable guest fees and charges and compliance with the rules and regulations established by the Club. Guest privileges may be denied, withdrawn or revoked at any time for reasons considered enough by the Club at its sole discretion.
Guest of Member Policy
A Member may bring up to 3 guests per day. (give 10% discount per round)
DISCIPLINE, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
Membership privileges may be suspended or terminated by the Club or such other disciplinary action may be taken which is deemed appropriate by the Club,
Exhibits unsatisfactory behavior, deportment or appearance or acts in any other manner determined not to be in the interest of the Club or the members.
Fails to pay the membership dues, fees, charges, or any other amount owed to the Club, in a proper and timely manner.
Fails to abide by these Rules and Regulations established for use of the Club Facilities, as may be amended from time to time.
Treats the personnel or employees at the Club in an unreasonable or abusive manner.
Fails to meet eligibility for membership; engages in conduct that is improper or likely to endanger the safety, harmony or reputation of the Club or its members.
Any member of the Club whose membership privileges have been terminated for any reason will not be permitted to use the Club facilities at the discretion of the Club.
